About the ArtistAs an artist I considered myself to be seen as someone who likes to make sure details are important even the details in the background. Growing up I always drew on notebooks homework, school desks, and even on walls sometimes. I never really talked about what was going on during certain times but I would always doodle or sketch something that represented me during that time.

Reflections on Urban Sketching
In class I learned a lot about effort and how if you don't put the effort in your sketches won't be seen as how you want them to. Over time I got better with actually sitting down and taking the time to draw and sketch properly. I learned how to make the lines flow with buildings and how to proportion correctly especially with locations. I learned a lot during this class
The Path
This piece of artwork represents my lifestyle and the way I live. This is my village house on campus and for me to be able to see how far i came because in reality a lot of people didn't expect me to make it this far especially with college but little do they know i'm actually doing it. This was an urban sketch I completed outside of my house.
